Hi there! I’m Carly, the founder and creative force behind Three Hearts Studio, a Vermont-based design studio offering services throughout New England and California. (Why California, you ask? I once called it home!) My studio specializes in event planning, residential interior design, and photography, blending a refined aesthetic with a personal touch. My design philosophy embraces clean lines, bright and airy spaces, and a tastefully minimal approach—creating moments and spaces that feel effortless yet deeply meaningful.

At its core, Three Hearts Studio exists to help YOU with life’s biggest moments. Whether you’re: planning the most unforgettable wedding with the love of your life, transforming your home into a space that feels like “you”, or capturing those priceless moments on camera to cherish forever—I’m here for it all!

Born and raised in Burlington, Vermont, I recently returned home after spending several years away. It feels amazing to be back, surrounded by family and ready to plant roots in the place that has always meant so much to me. And Three Hearts Studio? It’s one of those roots. The name “Three Hearts” comes from the three most important people in my life—my three sons.  Honoring them through my business felt like the perfect way to pour my passion into something truly meaningful.

Planning Services

Full Planning: Let me take care of almost everything! If handling day-to-day vendor communication, managing countless details, and keeping track of it all feels overwhelming—I’ve got you covered. With true white-glove service, this package ensures your event is meticulously planned from A to Z, giving you peace of mind knowing every detail is in expert hands.

Partial Planning: Let’s plan together! I’ll provide vendor recommendations and guide you through each step to keep everything on track. While you’ll handle vendor communication, I’ll be there to assist with the next steps leading up to your event. This package also includes custom signage designed by me, such as save-the-dates, invitations, welcome signs, and guestbook signs.

Month-of Planning: Perfect for those who love the planning process but need professional support in the final stretch! You’ll handle vendor selection, timelines, and guest coordination, and I’ll step in a month before to ensure everything is coming together smoothly. On the big day, I’ll oversee setup, assist guests, and handle breakdown, so you can be fully present and enjoy your event stress-free.

Photography Services

Capturing your special moments with a timeless, light-filled aesthetic. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, I’ll document the day with an artful, storytelling approach—so you can relive every detail for years to come. Each package includes a complimentary engagement session and a custom Canva save-the-date design you can use.

Favorite Moment During a Wedding: Watching the groom watch the bride coming down the aisle! (And seeing the relief the couple feels walking down the aisle at the end of the ceremony. They did it!)
