Sterling Ridge Resort is a log cabin resort nestled in the mountains providing a unique space for couples to celebrate with loved ones for an entire wedding weekend. Sterling Ridge Resort is nestled in the mountains of Jeffersonville, Vermont. Family-owned and operated, this outdoor venue features spectacular mountain views and on-site lodging, including cozy log cabins and luxury homes, making it a quintessential Vermont destination for weddings, elopements, vacations and more.

The peaceful property features two outdoor ceremony site options with gorgeous backdrops of Mt. Mansfield and one outdoor reception site for tented events up to 150 guests. Unlike many other venues, Sterling Ridge allows you, the wedding couple, to work with your choice of vendors to customize the space and your events to fit your personal style and prioritize what is most important to you. In addition to offering on-site weddings, Sterling Ridge also offers room blocks and hosts other events, such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and more.
 

Accommodations

With on-site accommodations for roughly 100 guests, you and your family and friends can enjoy cozy, convenient lodging just a short walk or drive from ceremony and reception sites. The resort’s tranquil setting, modern amenities, and close proximity to local activities and attractions allow your guests to feel like they are on vacation celebrating all Vermont has to offer, while, most importantly, celebrating you!

Favorite moment during a wedding: When the couple turns to walk back down the aisle as a married couple. The pure joy on their faces while they walk through family and friends and into the rest of their life together always makes me smile!
 
Favorite Vermont activity: A simple walk around the pond near our home with my dog! We live in such a beautifully serene state, and a walk always reminds me of that.
 
Dance floor request: Anything I jammed to at a middle school dance! Nelly, Kesha, Baby Bash, Usher – you know, the “classics.” 😉

Beautiful Wedding

We could not have found a better place than Sterling Ridge Resort for our September 2023 wedding! We were able to have our close family and friends on site with us for the entire weekend, making it easy for everyone to hang out! The resort is beautiful at every location and there was something to do for everyone. The game room was clutch in keeping the kids busy during our wedding if they didn’t want to dance. Kirstin was amazing to work with and with us living out of state we really relied on her recommendations, all of which were very helpful. The coordination of events was seamless and we had very little to worry about. We were able to enjoy the time with our family and friends instead of stressing over all of the details. Thank you to Kirstin and all of the Sterling Ridge family for all of your help during our wedding weekend!

We got married back in June 2023. Kristin and the family were incredible hosts. The property, cabins, and atmosphere were exceptional the only thing that topped it were the people who owned and worked there! They went above and beyond. It was raining and Kristin walked everyone in with boots on and umbrella up! Her artistic skill were amazing as I was saw the board she drew up for us in the welcome area!

Booking rooms and arranging who goes where can be difficult. Kristin helped us and made it feel easy! I can’t imagine a better venue! We’ll definitely be going back to celebrate anniversaries and just for a fun weekend! Can’t recommend the site and the people more!
