Kristabeth Atwood, founder of Rites of Passage, has officiated dozens of weddings throughout New England over the past twenty years, from micro-weddings and elopements to large, formal events. She have experience with a variety of ceremonies, including: religious, interfaith, secular, and spiritual-but-not-religious ceremonies.
Kristabeth loves working with couples who want a one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony!
In designing your wedding ceremony, she will get to know unique your values, traditions, and dreams. She will help you choose or write your vows and guide you in selecting readings and rituals to reflect your personal style.
At Rites of Passage, we offer wedding and elopement packages with a focus on creating a one-
of-a-kind ceremony just for you. Our packages include: personal consultations, custom-designed ceremony, draft review, and rehearsal attendance (if applicable).

wedding ceremony: a special look; a tear; laughter.
Favorite Vermont Activity: Getting a hot chocolate or a maple creemee (depending on the season) and walking along the waterfront in Burlington.

Kristabeth is just so wonderful. She spent a good bit of quality time getting to know us before our wedding and it truly showed in the service she officiated. She is warm and thoughtful. Had the honor of working with Kristabeth for my small wedding in Ludlow, Vt! She worked very closely and diligently to give us the best ceremony.
