Hi, I’m Marissa! A Vermont photographer drawn to meaningful celebrations that prioritize connection over perfection. I work with couples who want space to slow down, be present, and celebrate in a way that feels true to who they are.
My approach is calm, intuitive, people-centered, and rooted in presence. I’m always paying attention to the emotional rhythm of the day. With a focus on knowing when to gently guide and when to step back and let moments happen on their own.
My style is warm, natural, and storytelling-driven, with a deep love for Vermont’s landscapes and the way nature grounds a celebration. Above all, I want your photos to feel lived-in, emotional, and reflective of the connection you share
Favorite Moment During a Wedding: When my couples share an unguarded, genuine moment together.
Favorite Vermont Activity: Hiking in all seasons (firm believer in there’s no bad weather just bad clothing!), swimming in the White River, and hitting up farmers markets!

We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Marissa as our photographer for an intimate 11 person wedding this past summer. From the first meeting on Zoom to meeting in person for an engagement session she brought a calming but excited energy that was exactly what we were looking for. We unfortunately had to unexpectedly change both the date and location of our wedding and Marissa was so kind and patient working with us find a new date that worked for everyone. Just above and beyond what we would ever expect in a photographer. She is absolutely the person you want to document such a big day.
