Catering & Dining

Our signature style is upscale-yet-unpretentious. Chef Hoene embraces local and regional products, brining farm fresh menus to your wedding or event. We are happy to work with you to accommodate a variety of preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. 

Private Events

Host your rehearsal dinner, engagement party or bridal shower at Pauline’s! We offer private space for up to 45 guests to dine at our restaurant. A hidden gem tucked away off Shelburne Road, we’ve consistently been recognized as one of the top restaurants in the area!

Favorite Moment During a Wedding: There is no better moment than seeing our customers letting go of all of their wedding planning anxiety and actually getting the chance to celebrate their occasion!

Favorite Vermont Activity: Going to the farmer’s market! We try to use local ingredients as much as we can in our cuisine and it’s important to support our partners both inside and outside of the restaurant.
