We loved working with Rachel
We loved working with Rachel! We hired her to be our day-of wedding coordinator to help with vendor logistics, set up, scheduling, etc. We could not have done it without her! Rachel allowed us to enjoy the day and be in the moment. Even though hiccups arose throughout the day, as they always do, Rachel was on top of them, so our guests, our families, or we didn’t have to worry about anything. We even had over 100 guests, much bigger than a micro-wedding, and Rachel did such a great job with all the logistics and coordinating. She was also very communicative with us during the few weeks leading up to the wedding and we met her in person a few months before when we visited Stowe. She listened to what we wanted and provided advice or guidance when we needed it. We are really grateful for her time, hard work, and support throughout our planning process and wedding day!
Rachel is the best
Rachel helped us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams! Her thoughtfulness, organization, and planning skills were just what we needed to make our day magical. Our virtual meetings in the month leading up to the wedding were extremely valuable to making sure all the moving parts of the plan were aligned. Her thorough checklists and timelines ensured that our wedding went off without a hitch: we stayed perfectly on schedule and everyone had a wonderful time. She’s also very friendly, responsive and a delight to work with! We can’t recommend her enough to anyone planning a wedding.
One of the best decisions we made
I can’t say enough nice things about working with Rachel to plan our small backyard wedding. She was enormously helpful in finding vendors and coordinating with them. She was also a steady and calm presence when my husband and I were overwhelmed by the process of planning a backyard wedding from another state. She listened to our preferences and understood exactly how to help us execute on our vision for an intimate wedding. I wasn’t sure at about hiring a planner because our event was so small, but it was one of the best decisions we made! We would have been lost without her in our wedding day. I highly recommend Luxe and Low- Key Events for anyone planning a microwedding!
