We specialize in Vermont weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and private gatherings, offering couples and hosts a beautiful blank canvas that feels elevated without being overdone. Every event includes exclusive access to the venue, thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, luxury restroom facilities, and an experienced on-site venue coordinator to help ensure your day runs smoothly.

Favorite Moment During a Wedding: Longhaus Pavilion is truly a family business, run by mother-and-daughter team Suzanne and Brittany. Weddings aren’t just what we host; they’re a season of life we’re living ourselves. Brittany celebrated her own wedding in the Champlain Islands in September 2026, and her younger brother, Quinn, was the very first couple to say “I do” in the brand-new Longhaus Pavilion.

Because of that, planning weddings is incredibly personal to us. We understand the excitement, the decisions, and the little details that make a celebration feel like you. Those experiences shape how we work with every couple who walks through our doors.

For Brittany, the magic is watching a couple’s vision come to life, from the florals and tablescapes to the candlelight and music. Her favorite moment is when the newlyweds step into their reception for the first time, surrounded by everyone they love, and see months of dreaming transformed into something real.

For Suzanne, it’s the celebration itself. She loves the energy that fills the dance floor and the feeling that every wedding has its own personality. No two celebrations are ever the same. Each one is shaped by the couple, their families, their friends, and the generations of love and memories that brought everyone together for that moment.

Our style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. We want every couple to feel supported throughout the planning process and to leave knowing their wedding reflected who they are—not just another event, but the beginning of a lifetime of memories.

Favorite Vermont Activity: One of our favorite things to do is take our boat out at sunset on Lake Champlain, on extremely calm nights, and keep our eyes peeled for Champ. We may or may not have a lot of history with the lake monster, our family has even being featured on Unsolved Mysteries for capturing video of him!

Both packages include exclusive access to Longhaus Pavilion and the amenities needed to create a seamless, unforgettable wedding day.

We also host corporate retreats, company events, galas, and private celebrations. Corporate event pricing is customized based on guest count, catering needs, seasonality, and the overall scope of your event. Full-day venue rentals start at $5,000.
