When our original transportation vendor abruptly canceled our reservation a month before our wedding, we desperately began searching for an alternative. After a series of muted and negative responses, Joel stood out by simply acknowledging what a terrible situation we’d been left in and asking to set up a call to see what he could do to help us. Safe to say, Joel did more than help us, he saved our wedding day. He, his staff, and the amazing driver (who was excellent with day-of-communication) were a joy to work with and incredibly professional and friendly.
