For Katie Palatucci, photography is all about telling a story honestly. As a New England-based photographer with more than a decade of experience behind the camera, Katie brings a strong background in visual storytelling and a love for capturing authentic emotion to every wedding day.
Her approach to Vermont weddings is candid, genuine, and focused on the moments that make each celebration feel entirely its own. From the big, can’t-miss moments to the small interactions happening in between, Katie has an eye for all things sincere and spontaneous. The result is a collection of images that captures not only what a wedding day looked like, but how it truly felt.
Before expanding her work into weddings, Katie spent 10 years in the craft beverage industry, most notably as Director of Marketing for Zero Gravity Craft Brewery. Her photography has been featured in publications including The New York Times, Ski Magazine, Outside Magazine, and Imbibe, giving her years of experience creating meaningful imagery with a distinct sense of story and place.
Favorite Moment During a Wedding: I love listening to toasts from the couple’s friends and family! It’s so fun to get to know more about the couple that I’m working with and hear stories that I wouldn’t have otherwise heard. It helps me feel more connected to the couple as real people, not just clients. The stories, anecdotes, jokes, etc, stay on my mind while I’m editing their album and always bring a smile to my face.
Favorite Vermont Activity: In the summer you can find me on my bike, or hiking to the river, and in the winter, you can find me exploring Vermont’s backcountry on my splitboard–always with a camera in hand.

Couples typically invest between $4,500–$5,500 for wedding photography with Katie Palatucci Photography. Wedding collections include six to eight hours of coverage. Following the celebration, couples receive their images through an online photo gallery. Just got the photos Katie took of our wedding back and we are so blown away! The photos are absolutely gorgeous, very professional-looking, and are so well-balanced in terms of what they captured over the six hours Katie was with us. Nothing was missed and the results are so above and beyond anything we could have expected. Finished results aside, Katie was super lovely to work with. From first consultation through to us receiving our photos, Katie was super supportive, always very responsive, extremely well organized, and great fun. Katie photographed our wedding this fall, and she immediately understood our vision. The photos are amazing!!!!! Beautiful candid shots of us and our friends and family. Great communication leading up to the day, she had a detailed questionnaire and schedule ready for us to fill out. We’ve never gotten married before so her professionalism was extremely welcome. We felt comfortable deferring a lot of the detailed decision-making to her. Totally unobtrusive during the event too, didn’t even notice her taking all these photos unless we wanted a specific shot.
