As an officiant, photographer, and floral designer, she brings a warm, artistic eye and a streamlined experience to couples planning elopements and small celebrations. Whether you need one service or a complete bundle, Carmen makes the process simple, stress-free, and personal.
Carmen George offers a uniquely convenient approach to intimate Vermont weddings by combining three key services in one: officiating, photography, and floristry. Couples can choose any individual service or bundle them together for a beautifully streamlined experience, along with optional chair and arbor rentals to complete their setup.
Officiating ranges from $150–$200 (plus $70/hour for travel), photography is available at $500 per hour, and floral bouquets range from $80–$250, with arbor rentals at $200. Carmen specializes in making small weddings easy, flexible, and heartfelt, welcoming last-minute celebrations, offering license-only signings at her home, and joyfully supporting LGBTQ+ couples. She travels up to two hours from Burlington, reaching beloved destinations from Mountain Top Inn in Chittenden to The Barn at the Top of the World near Newport.
Carmen also offers an ‘Elopement and Small Wedding Package’ designed to make intimate celebrations and microweddings effortless for couples looking to get married in Vermont. The package includes personalized officiating, one hour of photography, and a beautiful seasonal bouquet for $780 (travel not included). It’s the perfect all-in-one option for couples looking for a simple, meaningful, and beautifully captured wedding day.

We couldn’t imagine our wedding without her!
We were beyond lucky to have Carmen as our Justice Of the Peace! She stepped in at the very last minute (literally the day before our wedding) and not only saved the day, but completely exceeded our expectations. She came to our rehearsal dinner, organized all the chaos, and made sure everyone felt confident and comfortable going into the big day. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Carmen’s delivery was warm, heartfelt, and truly personal. She even went the extra mile to provide a translated version of the ceremony for our Spanish-speaking family, which meant so much to us and our guests. Afterward, she promptly handled our marriage license with the town clerk, making everything seamless. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Carmen. She is professional, kind, organized, and so thoughtful. If you’re looking for someone who will make your ceremony meaningful and stress-free, Carmen is the one. We are so grateful to her and couldn’t imagine our wedding without her!
