Bliss Ridge Farm

Venue

Creating one-of-a-kind experiences since 2011, Bliss Ridge Farm is a boutique, family-run wedding venue in Moretown, Vermont, that hosts no more than 20 events per year, ensuring every couple receives an exceptional, personalized experience.

In Their Own Words

Dreaming of a Vermont wedding surrounded by 360-degree mountain views? Bliss Ridge Farm offers one of the most breathtaking, completely undeveloped panoramas in the state, sweeping from Lincoln Peak to Camel’s Hump, Mount Mansfield, and all the way to Hunger Mountain. It’s Vermont at its most iconic: natural, peaceful, and endlessly scenic.

Set on 88 organic acres and surrounded by protected wilderness, Bliss Ridge Farm provides a truly one-of-a-kind setting for celebrations of all styles. The late-1800s post-and-beam barn hosts events of all sizes and features gorgeous interior bathrooms, a charming “parlour” dressing room, an artisan-crafted live-edge bar with a custom draft line system (retrofitted from an antique fire extinguisher), oriental rugs, and custom light fixtures, creating a warm, stylish space for unforgettable receptions.

Two architectural showpieces, luxury treehouses built within the living trees, offer sleeping quarters for up to six or seven guests each. (They are perfect for couples, families, or the wedding party!) The property also includes a new artisan-crafted wood-fired sauna and cold plunge, plus an artesian well-fed swimming pond and beach with unobstructed mountain views.

Couples especially love Bliss Ridge Farm’s thoughtful approach to weddings: only one event is booked per weekend. This gives you and your vendor team the freedom to set up over several days, return the next day to collect items, and enjoy the first right of refusal on booking the treehouses. And, of course, the 360-degree mountain views are an ever-present backdrop, from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen to Burnt Rock, Camel’s Hump, Mt. Mansfield, Spruce Peak, and beyond, with Stowe Pinnacle and Hunger Mountain rising to the north.

If you’re searching for a Vermont wedding venue that blends rustic charm, dramatic mountain scenery, and a personalized, spacious experience, Bliss Ridge Farm is an unforgettable choice!

Favorite Moment During a Wedding: When the couple sees each other, or the father’s toast, or the dancing if the band is fabulous.

Favorite Vermont Activity: It depends on the time of year! Ski, lie in an empty field in the summer, and watch children laugh and look at the clouds.

Dance Floor Request: I’ll dance to almost anything, except for the overplayed classics like Sweet Caroline, for example.

Love Notes

Highly recommend this venue. Can't say it enough!!

May 3, 2026

Bliss Ridge had everything we were looking for in a wedding venue and came highly recommended by every vendor in the area. It has amazing views, plenty of space, it feels like home but is equipped for a party (bar, bathrooms, parking area). Jordan has a great eye for details, the barn looked absolutely stunning and elegant with her draped fabric, soft lighting, and huge vintage rug for the dance floor. Because of the weather, we had our ceremony in the barn rather than in the majestic field as was planned but I would recommend this 10/10 even if there’s no rain in the forecast. The roof overhead was kept things cool and shady and the alter was framed so nicely. It was also more accessible and comfortable for everyone. For anyone local to Vermont Bliss Ridge feels like true Vermont. For anyone from out of state, plan ahead because it is rural and rustic (authentic, which is what makes it so special), there’s no cellphone service so day of coordination needs to be planned very well ahead of time. Highly recommend this venue. Can’t say it enough.

The best experience

December 9, 2025

We loved having our wedding at Bliss Ridge. Jordan and Dan create a unique, supportive, and organized experience that makes planning and hosting a wedding an easy and memorable experience. There are stunning views, fantastic food, beautiful flowers, relaxed vibes, and an overall positive energy. Jordan makes the most beautiful flower crowns (for humans & dogs -I still have them!), and she knows the best vendors (we order a cake yearly from the baker she recommended). Jordan and Dan, thank you for making this important moment in our lives so joyful for us and our family and friends.
