In Their Own Words:

Black Radish Catering is a Chef-owned caterer in Vermont owned by Stacy Riley & Chef Drew Herrman. They specialize in weddings, corporate functions, and social events. They offer custom menus for both fine and casual dining options.

Chef Drew grew up in Rochester, NY and graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He lived and worked in Key West, Florida for 11 years where he was the Executive Sous Chef at Latitudes Restaurant on the private island Sunset Key which is only accessible by ferry from Key West. He has done private catering for country artists such as Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet, Luke Combs, Zac Brown and George Strait. Before establishing Black Radish Catering with Stacy he was the Chef de cuisine at Shelburne Farms Inn.

Stacy grew up in Charlotte, VT and uses her MBA from Clarkson University and her passion for cooking and great food to help her clients develop a menu that will keep your guests talking long after the event is over.

Together, Drew and Stacy founded Black Radish Catering to bring exciting and new cuisine to Vermont events. With their Wagyu Wagon food truck, they are able to cater gatherings of all sizes, in any location, no matter how casual or up-scale your event is. The food truck serves as their mobile catering kitchen for your private event.

Favorite Moment During a Wedding: When the couple walks down the aisle after they are wed – smiling at their guests, holding hands as they walk out.

Favorite Vermont Activity: 

Our team loves the outdoors! Gardening, hiking, kayaking, golf, swimming – you name it.

Black Radish Catering is committed to creating a personalized dining experience for our clients’ special events, which is why we don’t offer set packages. Our pricing structure is based on the food costs of the customized menu, as well as staffing, gratuity, tax, and any applicable food truck rentals.
