Sterling Ridge Resort is a log cabin resort nestled in the mountains of Jeffersonville, VT. With stunning views of Mt. Mansfield and cozy log cabin lodging, Sterling Ridge is the perfect setting for weddings, events, getaways, and vacations.
It’s the perfect venue for the couple who envisions their wedding to be more than just one fleeting day – but instead an incredible experience they can reflect on for a lifetime.
The Resort’s private log cabins and larger homes set in the mountains of Northern Vermont create a cozy, rustic atmosphere, making Sterling Ridge unlike other standard wedding accommodations or event venues.
The scenic property is complete with two picturesque outdoor ceremony sites and one outdoor reception site for the special day – making it a beautiful place for an outdoor wedding, where a majority of wedding guests can stay right on property.
For couples who are getting married at nearby barn-style venues and have invited out-of-town guests, Sterling Ridge is also the perfect place for lodging – guests can enjoy being just a short shuttle-ride away from the venue. Wedding couples staying at Sterling Ridge can host events before or after their wedding on-site, such as brunches, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties and more to make the most of their wedding weekend.
Sterling Ridge can host up to 200 event guests at its outdoor sites, and lodge roughly 100 guests in its 24 log cabins and two larger homes. For events of 25 people or less, there is an indoor space that is complete with a common area, kitchens, and lodging for up to 14 guests. Some lodging is included in the standard wedding package, and room blocks are offered for events. Accommodations even include some dog-friendly units.
Couples spend so much time and money planning their wedding for the special day to go by so quickly… At Sterling Ridge, all the planning can be totally worth it, with an experience that can last a little longer and mean a little more.
Favorite moment during a wedding: When the couple turns to walk back down the aisle as a married couple. The pure joy on their faces while they walk through family and friends and into the rest of their life together always makes me smile!
Favorite Vermont activity: A simple walk around the pond near our home with my dog! We live in such a beautifully serene state, and a walk always reminds me of that.
Dance floor request: Anything I jammed to at a middle school dance! Nelly, Kesha, Baby Bash, Usher – you know, the “classics.” 😉
