These Grooms Hosted a Tropical, Summer Wedding in Vermont

Today’s wedding is FUN. John and Nick (owners of Cheese & Wine Traders in South Burlington) tied the knot last summer with a weekend-long party with family and friends. “Every year we have a ‘friends weekend’ at our family camp in the Northeast Kingdom, and we wanted to have the same vibe of that weekend on a grander scale,” explains Nick.

The couple describes their wedding vibe as “classic Vermont camp weekend meets sequins and summer tropical garden party – ha!” Who doesn’t want to RSVP yes to that?!

The Grand Isle Lake House served as their home base, where the couple says they enjoyed many hours with loved ones on the wraparound porch. In Full Bloom helped bring their vision to life with lush, tropical florals, and the Lake House team “added their own creative, fun ideas (such as a corn on the cob bar and signature cocktail recipe) to make the event that much more special and delicious.” Check out the full celebration below.
