She has a rawness to her images, making them timeless, and she captures the day exactly as it happened, no matter the hiccups that may occur along the way.

A Fairytale Come True

On a warm summer morning Natalie began getting ready for her romantic Vermont wedding. Starting with hair and makeup by True Vermont Beauty before stepping into her breathtaking strapless wedding gown. Mike was getting ready nearby, putting the finishing touches on a rich chocolate brown suit that offered a fresh, timeless alternative to the traditional black or navy. It was very important to Mike and Natalie that family was a big part of their wedding day, so they were sure to make that a priority. The couple was also very intentional about making sure everyone, including their sweet nieces and nephews, felt special throughout the day. Helping bring every detail together, Leigh & Co. Events expertly coordinated the day, allowing Natalie and Mike to fully relax and soak in every moment of their celebration.

As the early evening started to roll in, guests began arriving at Wild Sugar Homestead and making their way to their seats at the gorgeous outdoor ceremony site. Mike then made his way down the aisle, anxiously awaiting the arrival of his Bride. Accompanied by her Father, Natalie walked down the aisle gracefully and joined her Groom where they shared vows, exchanged rings, and shared a kiss as they were pronounced Husband and Wife for the first time!

Before the reception began, Mike and Natalie’s friends and family spent cocktail hour playing yard games, socializing and laughing amongst each other. Their reception was hosted under a beautiful white tent in the field at Wild Sugar Homestead. Bright floral arrangements by Blossoming Bough Florals paired beautifully with crisp linens, butter yellow napkins, and maple syrup party favors, creating guest tables that felt elegant while allowing the surrounding scenery to take center stage. After dinner by Maple Street Catering, Natalie and Mike slipped away for a few quiet moments with Hallie Jade Pictures, capturing the kind of romantic, storybook portraits they’ll treasure for a lifetime. As the sun began to set over the Vermont countryside, they returned to celebrate the rest of the evening surrounded by the people they love most. Congratulations Natalie and Mike!

On the morning of an early October day, Asa and her bridal party began getting ready at The Inn at Grace Farm. They wore matching pajamas and a custom t-shirt that featured a doodle of the Bride and Groom with their fur babies. Once hair and makeup were complete, Asa stepped into her stunning bridal gown and had a special “first look” with her father before the official first look with her soon-to-be husband. The couple met for their private moment on the lawn outside of the ceremony site, surrounded by the breathtaking fall foliage at The Inn at Grace Farm. They took a moment to share private vows before gathering with their friends and family to share “I do’s”.

A Quintessential Evening Celebrating Asa and Hunter

A stunning ceremony took place outside with incredible views featuring gorgeous florals by Glad Farm, perfectly highlighting the fall colors surrounding them. Following their heartwarming ceremony, Asa and Hunter invited their guests into the barn at The Inn at Grace Farm to continue the celebrations. Their guests were welcomed with a unique national park-themed welcome sign and their photo frame guest book. The rustic reception space was decorated beautifully with green table runners, bud vases, candles and fall leaves. This was the perfect amount of decor to complement the amazing fall foliage that surrounded them outside the windows. They also included drink coupons from the couple’s cats and a custom sticker of the bride and groom at each place setting, adding a tasteful personal touch to each guest table.

As the evening went on, Asa and Hunter shared a memorable moment cutting their cake and taking gorgeous sunset photos with Carly and Kristin from Blooming Photo Company. The dance floor was electric and the perfect place to be while cherishing an evening full of love, laughter and heartwarming moments. Dessert was later served by The Vermont Maple Creemee Company, adding the sweetest touch to an unforgettable day. Congratulations Asa and Hunter!

A Quiet Wedding Morning

Sarah and Daniel began getting ready on a late-spring morning in separate rooms of the Nickelwhite Cottage at Kimpton Taconic Hotel. The bride sat down for hair and makeup with the talented Crystal Vasquez & Co. Then, with the assistance of her mother, Sarah stepped into her stunning A-line wedding gown anticipating her first-look with her soon-to-be husband. Meanwhile, Daniel put on his suit and got the approval of his mother before heading outside to wait for his bride. Surrounded by lush greenery and winding garden paths, Daniel stood, calmly awaiting his beautiful bride. Sarah approached and Daniel immediately lit up when turning to see her for the first time on their wedding day. They soaked up this private moment together and exchanged a few words before capturing several photos together with K. Lennox Photo before the ceremony.

The Dance Floor Comes to Life

On the covered porch at Kimpton Taconic Hotel, their intimate wedding ceremony was filled with charm and quiet elegance. As the guests settled in, Daniel waited at the entrance for Sarah. He offered her his arm and the couple walked down the aisle together. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Sarah and Daniel shared heartfelt vows, paused for a sweet laugh together, then exchanged rings and kissed for the first time as husband and wife. They exited hand in hand and joined their family and friends. K. Lennox Photo captured some family portraits before moving inside to continue their celebrations.

The reception space was decorated beautifully with neutral tones including lush floral centerpieces by Sweethaven Farm & Flowers, soft linens and gold-rimmed chargers. The couple even included handwritten place cards, adding a personal touch to each guest seat. Sarah and Daniel entered their reception and the room was filled with loud applause from their family and friends. They went straight to the dance floor where they shared a romantic first dance followed by parent dances. Heartfelt toasts were then shared and plenty of tears filled the room through shared stories, laughter and clinking glasses. 

Dinner was served and guests enjoyed their meals before the dance floor opened up and the DJ cranked up the music. The evening was filled with energy, celebration and lots of love as the newlyweds joined their favorite people on the dance floor. Grandparents danced, friends laughed, and so much joy was had. Daniel and Sarah took a moment to sneak away from the fun to enjoy a quiet moment together walking the garden paths in the light rain, soaking in the evening. This was the perfect romantic touch to their day that allowed them to slow down and appreciate each other’s presence. Congratulations Sarah and Daniel!

Skiing to the Altar at Jay Peak in Jay, Vermont

Christopher and Lillian challenged that narrative by creating one of the most fun and memorable weddings at Jay Peak Resort by skiing down the mountain in their wedding attire following their first look. When planning to do something this epic, they knew they needed to hire a photographer who was up for the challenge of capturing such a noteworthy moment. Christopher and Lillian’s Love Story

Christopher and Lillian met at Switchback Brewing in Burlington, VT where they spent some time together before moving to Portland, OR. Once they settled into their new home across the country with their dog, Fergus, they then got engaged in Washington Park at the Hoyt Arboretum. Next, the couple began planning their wedding back in Vermont with one goal in mind: to ski down the mountain in their wedding attire as a couple. When it was time to search for wedding venues, they instantly knew that Jay Peak Resort checked off all of their boxes: amazing skiing, beautiful no matter the weather, and a place all their friends and family could stay at and enjoy together.

A Jay Peak First Look to Remember

As their wedding day approached, Christopher and Lillian, of course, were keeping a close watch on the weather and skiing conditions at Jay Peak. Early season was shaping up nicely, but as their day came nearer, the snow storms were far and few between. Instead of letting this bring them down, the couple remained optimistic that it would be perfect no matter what the conditions were.

Christopher and Lillian arrived in Vermont on the Wednesday before their wedding. The mountain was looking quite bare and temperatures were rather mild with rain in the forecast, followed by snow. This created unique conditions with the chance of high winds that could potentially force them to cancel their plans.

On Friday morning the couple met with Love Wins Photographers Kim and Mike to get some test shots in and work out the choreography for their first look as well as the moment at the top of the tram. This practice was very needed for the success of the day and the couple was very grateful to have Kim and Mike be so willing to suit up and ski down the mountain while photographing a moment that would leave a lasting mark on their marriage.

Saturday morning they woke to approximately two to four inches of snow. With the snow coming down and the winds blowing, the visibility was very low on the mountaintop. The temperatures were freezing, but that didn’t phase Christopher and Lillian. They took two separate trams up and their first look turned out stunning! The couple looked beautiful and Kim and Mike captured this moment flawlessly.

Next up was the moment the couple had been waiting for! They took the run of a lifetime down the Vermonter Trail, stopping periodically to make sure their smiles weren’t permanently frozen to their faces. The hoots and hollers from the chairlift above and the warm reception at the bottom of the Tram House Lodge was enough to warm everyone up. Their smiles just wouldn’t quit, making their First Ski one for the books! The reception was full of fun, laughter, and incredible music. The genuine joy brought together through the couple’s friends and family was contagious. We wish Christopher and Lillian nothing but happiness throughout their marriage! Congratulations!

A Cozy-Chic Wedding Day at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont

Taking the time to plan your dream wedding can be overwhelming, and honestly pretty confusing too if you’ve never planned a large event before. Alice and Tommy wanted to be sure their big day was the perfect reflection of their relationship. With the guidance and expertise from Carly of Three Hearts Studio, they were able to do just that! With her assistance, Alice and Tommy were able to put together the most beautiful wedding celebration in Stowe, Vermont. The result was a beautiful celebration that honored family, community, and even included one very special guest, their beloved pup!

Say “Yes” to the Dress

Picking out the perfect dress was one of the first things for Alice to check off on her list of to-do’s before their wedding day. She ended up going with a stunning gown from Veilmonte Bridal Showroom. They feature off-the-rack and custom-made gowns that truly allow brides endless options when searching for their dress. Veilmonte’s detail oriented stylists are committed to helping brides find the hand-made dress of their dreams, and they did just that for Alice.

The Rainy, but Romantic Wedding Day

Alice and Tommy traveled from their home in Massachusetts to Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont, where the bride’s parents live, to celebrate their love with family and friends. Leading up to their wedding day the couple and their bridal party gathered in Stowe to begin the celebrations and prepare for the wedding. One of these tasks included preparing the bouquets for the bride and her bridesmaids, as well as the florals that would decorate the ceremony and reception spaces.

Early Saturday morning it was time for Alice and Tommy to begin getting ready with their bridesmaids & groomsmen. Meanwhile, Carly from Three Hearts Studio was ensuring everything at the venue was getting set up according to plan. Some of the featured decor items included a stunning hand-made seating chart the bride’s father built from scratch, as well as all the gorgeous florals from SB Blooms that the bride’s mother took the time to put together.

As ceremony time was nearing, the couple had to make the last minute decision to move everyone indoors due to inclement weather. Because of this, they were able to share their vows in the warmth of the fireplace with Whiskey, their Golden Retriever. It was absolutely stunning, and the presence of their family and friends made the day feel so special. They even had the most amazing vocalist who sang the song Alice walked down the aisle to.

After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktail hour before making their way to their seats for the reception. The space was decorated with elegant drapery, stunning florals and moody candlelight. Whiskey also made his appearance on the custom beverage napkins, seating chart and cake topper! The bride’s father welcomed everyone with a very touching speech and the couple shared a romantic first dance before inviting everyone to the dance floor to celebrate the evening. The night was full of community, laughter and love as everyone celebrated the beautiful union of Alice and Tommy. Congratulations to the stunning couple!

Selecting the right venue can be tough when there are so many options to choose from in the incredible state of Vermont. The breathtaking grounds and private estate setting at Reading Farms Estate in Reading, Vermont offered Kristen and Navid a certain uniqueness they were looking for when deciding on a place to host their nuptials. Their vision was then brought to life by the incredible team at Reading Farms Estate and Boom and Bloom who put together stunning florals and delectable food for their guests to enjoy. A Love Story Years in the Making

Let’s flash back to how it all began. Kristen and Navid were introduced by two of their closest friends (who later became their wedding officiant and best man!) at one of Lamplighter Brewery’s weekly trivia nights. This later became the spot for their first date where a spark turned into a slow burn of friendship, laughter and eventually, something deeper. Their love grew steadily over time, including three years of long distance, which made choosing each other everyday one of the easiest decisions the couple would make.

Navid proposed at Lonesome Lake, where Kristen said “yes”, creating the most memorable moment for the couple, and one that was uniquely them!

As the couple began wedding planning they knew they wanted to pick a venue that allowed them to create a beautiful outdoorsy vibe, while also welcoming a personalized experience throughout the entire wedding planning process. Reading Farms Estate did just this, it was perfectly unique and their talented team was able to bring the couple’s visions to life with effortless precision.

From Maple Tree Vows to La Hora Loca Magic

It was finally the day that Kristen and Navid would say “I do”. Kristen began getting ready with her bridesmaids, and with the wonderful help of Beauty Artistry by Natalia who created a romantic, boho-inspired half-up hairstyle. The Bride looked beautiful and her hair was thoughtfully put together to survive the entire night. Lillian Seibert photography began the day with the bride, capturing these beautiful getting ready moments and thoughtfully documenting the rest of the day for the couple to reflect back on for years to come.

As their guests arrived they were offered a welcome drink as they made their way into the formal garden, taking in the stunning views of the property. They then found their seats in the breathtaking maple tree alley where the ceremony was to take place. The stunning fall color palette was represented flawlessly in a grounded floral arch featuring ranunculus, sunflowers, marigolds among other beautiful florals, crafted by Boom and Bloom.

After the couple tied the knot, they joined their guest at cocktail hour where they enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres in a private estate setting before making their way into the beautifully draped tent for their reception. Boom and Bloom also put together an elevated farm to table menu featuring a filet mignon with a bourbon reduction and miso cod.

Kristen and Navid shared their first dance to “Can I Call You Rose” by Thee Sacred Souls, opening up the dance floor for their friends and family to celebrate alongside them. The evening was filled with dancing and the customary cake cutting of their three-tier wedding cake which featured a sentimental cake topper that has been passed down through the bride’s family over several generations. One of the many highlights of the evening was the La Hora Loca, featuring a high-energy carnival-style celebration highlighting lots of dancing, joy, and love.

This day was not only a celebration of love but a testament to resilience, companionship, and the beauty of choosing each other every day.  Congratulations, Kristen and Navid, on your beautiful wedding day!
