On the first day of summer Meredith and Fitz gathered with their loved ones to share their vows at the stunning Round Barn Farm in Waitsfield, Vermont. Before heading down the aisle, Meredith and her wedding party spent the morning getting ready with Vermont Luxury Bridal & Beauty. With hair and makeup complete, it was time for the celebration to officially begin and for Illume Studios and Eightzero2 Productions to capture all of the excitement as the day unfolded through both photo and film.
With guests arriving at Round Barn Farm, Fleet & STA helped take care of transportation, allowing everyone to settle in and enjoy the celebration ahead.
Vibrant Summer Blooms
There are countless ways to use florals and greenery to enhance your wedding space and set the tone for your big day. M’s Wedding Flowers has extensive experience in using not only flowers, but other natural elements such as fruits, vegetables, and other unique plants to create unconventionally stunning arrangements that will make your wedding one-of-a-kind.
Meredith’s bouquet featured bright florals including purples, yellows and blues, with vibrant pops of orange and pink throughout. Their arbor also hosted these same blooms with added greenery to create a cohesive look throughout the ceremony space. Moving into the barn for the reception, immaculate centerpieces decorated the guest tables along with smaller bud vases surrounding the windowpane seating chart. M’s Wedding Flowers used their expertise in creating colorful floral arrangements to elevate the venue and create an integrated look, setting the tone for this dreamy summer wedding.
In addition to the incredible florals, Meredith and Fitz filled their reception with details that reflected both the setting and their lives together. Colorful taper candles lined the guest tables, while sugar maple candies served as favors (a sweet nod to Vermont for guests to take home!)
Their dessert table incorporated the Italian flag as a meaningful tribute to the couple’s family, while another Vermont favorite made an appearance later in the celebration: Ben & Jerry’s. What better way to celebrate the first day of summer in Vermont than with ice cream?
A Perfect-Fit Venue
The Round Barn Farm is a historic bed and breakfast as well as wedding venue located in Waitsfield, VT. Sitting on 45 acres, this stunning property features ponds, gardens, fields, mountains, and the iconic Round Barn, offering picturesque views and the perfect place to host your rustic wedding.
Meredith and Fitz hosted their closest family and friends outdoors for their wedding ceremony where they exchanged vows and said their “I do’s” before moving into the Round Barn for their dreamy summer wedding reception. Guests found their seats while the couple shared a first dance and dances with their parents. With Honey Train Band providing the soundtrack, the dance floor came alive. Meredith and Fitz spent the evening dancing, laughing and celebrating with the people closest to them, while Illume Studios and Eightzero2 Productions documented the energy of the night from behind their cameras. This made for the perfect start to a summer full of love. Congratulations Meredith and Fitz!
